Mike is the founder and Chairman of Cambashi. He is one of Europe’s foremost experts on IT for industry. He consults for leading IT companies and government agencies worldwide using his experience on the economic impact of software applications in engineering, manufacturing and automation. His current research topic is novel workflows that develop and test designs with multiple engineering disciplines.
He is a regular contributor to numerous international publications and a widely respected speaker lecturing at management colleges and universities from Ashridge to Warwick.
Prior to forming Cambashi in 1984, he worked for more than 20 years with computers, mostly in scientific and engineering applications, including spells at CAP, the London Stock Exchange and CADCentre and in a highly successful start-up venture in Japan.
Mike studied engineering at Cambridge University, holds a European Patent for computer aided shoe design, is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the British Computer Society.
